&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;For PC Users:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Make sure you have attached your Blackberry to your computer via the USB cable first.
 
&lt;p&gt;You will first need to enable 'Show hidden Folders' (which is off by default) you can follow the steps contained in this Microsoft support article to enable the setting - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Show-hidden-files
 
&lt;p&gt;Once you have done this please navigate to:

&lt;p&gt;My Computer&gt; SD card: (Drive Letter) BlackBerry\nbf\gapp and delete the gapp folder.

&lt;p&gt;Unplug your Blackberry from your computer.

&lt;p&gt;Once you have done this you will need to access the Blackberry devices internal memory and do the following:

&lt;p&gt;Locate home\user\nbf\gapp which is a hidden folder so make sure you show the hidden files by doing the following:

&lt;p&gt;Home Screen&gt; Applications&gt;Files&gt;File Folders&gt;Device&gt;Menu&gt;Show hidden this will allow you to navigate to the gap folder so you can delete it.

&lt;p&gt;Restart your Blackberry device and launch Grindr xtra to repopulate the folders and you should now be able to edit your profile information.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;For Mac:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Make sure you have attached your Blackberry to your Mac via the USB cable first.

&lt;p&gt;To enable hidden files and folders in Mac OS please navigate to:

&lt;p&gt;Macintosh HD&gt;Applications&gt;utilities&gt;Terminal

&lt;p&gt;Once there run the following command:
defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES

&lt;p&gt;To make the command take effect, you need to restart the Finder. One way to do this is to hold down the Option (alt) key, then click and hold on the Finder icon in the Dock. When the contextual menu appears, select Relaunch and the Finder will restart.

&lt;p&gt;Once you have done this please navigate to:

&lt;p&gt;Desktop&gt; Mounted USB Media&gt; BlackBerry\nbf\gapp and delete the gapp folder.

&lt;p&gt;Eject the Blackberry Mounted USB media from your mac by dragging the icon from the Desktop to the trash can then disconnect the USB cable.

&lt;p&gt; If you are still not able to access your Grindr you may have to clear your Grindr cache.

&lt;p&gt;Please verify you are on the most recent version of Grindr.

&lt;p&gt;If you are a NON-US based user, please contact your mobile provider to ensure they do not have any adult content restrictions on your account, AND that you have the correct Internet Service Data package provisioned onto your account.

&lt;p&gt;There have been cases where users have subscribed to &#x201C;unlimited data&#x201D; plans. It allows for unlimited amount of data traffic, but not unlimited services. This means you&#x2019;ll have access to basic internet services including web pages and email. But more advanced internet services (chat, vpn, etc) are not covered. Usually you&#x2019;ll have to request what is called a &#x201C;plus booster&#x201D; or a &#x201C;bolt on&#x201D; for all internet services, depending on who your carrier is.  
	
&lt;p&gt;There&#x2019;s a possibility your carrier has adult content blocks/restrictions on your account. If this is the case, you will have to request that your provider removes the blocks/restrictions.

&lt;p&gt;If you can see the user's profile, follow the below steps. If you can't see the user's profile, then have a friend who uses Grindr follow the below steps.

This allows subscribers access to premium features without interruption, until they wish to disable it.

If you subscribed on an iOS device and wish to disable auto-renewal, please do not contact Grindr. Apple prohibits developers from modifying users' subscription preferences or issuing refunds, so all we can do is walk you through the steps of disabling the service, yourself.

&lt;b&gt;How to disable auto-renewal within iTunes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
1. Launch iTunes 10.5.1 or later. &lt;br&gt;
