Welcome to Grindr's Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy ("Health Policy") pursuant to the Washington My Health My Data Act (the "MHMD Act") and the Nevada Consumer Health Privacy Data Privacy Law (the "NCHPD Law"). All references in this Health Policy to "Grindr", "we", "us", or "our", refer to Grindr LLC, its parent companies, and its subsidiaries such as Grindr Canada Inc. This Health Policy explains how Grindr Processes the Consumer Health Data (as defined by MHMD Act) of Washington and Nevada residents and individuals whose Consumer Health Data is Collected in Washington and Nevada (collectively, "Consumers"). This Health Policy covers these activities across all of our properties ("Properties" or "Grindr Properties"), as defined in the Grindr Privacy and Cookie Policy.

This Health Policy supplements the disclosures in our Grindr Privacy and Cookie Policy to provide specific disclosures required under the MHMD Act and NCHPD Law. In the event of a conflict between any other policy, statement, or notice and this Health Policy, this Health Policy will prevail as to Consumer Health Data Collected under the MHMD Act and NCHPD Law.

Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined in this Health Policy shall be defined as they are in the MHMD Act or NCHPD Law.

I. Washington Consumer Health Data Collection, Use, and Purpose

"Consumer Health Data" means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a Consumer and that identifies the Consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

Per the MHMD Act, we collect the following Consumer Health Data from Consumers as set out below for the specified purposes.

We may use any of the above categories of Consumer Health Data to prevent, detect, protect against, and respond to security incidents, identity theft, fraud, harassment, malicious or deceptive activities, or any activity that is illegal under Washington state or federal law; preserve the integrity and security of our systems; investigate, report, or prosecute those responsible for any illegal action under Washington state or federal law; and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

II. Nevada Consumer Health Data Collection, Use, and Purpose

"Consumer Health Data" means personally identifiable information that is linked or reasonably capable of being linked to a Nevada Consumer and that a Regulated Entity uses to identify the past, present, or future health status of the Nevada Consumer. We collect the following Nevada Consumer Health Data from Nevada Consumers for the specified purposes.

III. Sharing Consumer Health Data

We may Share Consumer Health Data with third parties where we obtain consent from the Consumer for another purpose or where permitted or authorized by another provision of law. We may use and Share Consumer Health Data we collect in order to comply with law enforcement activities or as expressly authorized by federal or state law, including to comply with valid legal process.We Share Consumer Health Data among our Affiliates to carry out our operations and provide services to Consumers. These Affiliates include: Grindr Canada Inc.We may Share any of the above categories of Consumer Health Data to prevent, detect, protect against, and respond to security incidents, identity theft, fraud, harassment, malicious or deceptive activities, or any activity that is illegal under applicable state or federal law; preserve the integrity and security of our systems; investigate, report, or prosecute those responsible for any illegal action under applicable state or federal law; and as otherwise permitted or required by law.We do not Sell Consumer Health Data. In the event this changes, we will not Sell Consumer Health Data without first obtaining valid authorization from the applicable Consumer.Third Parties do not Collect Consumer Health Data over time and across different Internet websites or online services when a Consumer uses the Grindr Properties.

IV. Consumer Health Data Rights

Consumers have the right to submit certain requests relating to your Consumer Health Data as described below.The easiest way to exercise your rights while protecting your privacy and security is by logging into your account so we can verify your account ownership. You can also make a request outside of your Grindr account by clicking here, but then we'll require some additional information to authenticate your identity and ownership of your account.Washington Consumers have the right to:

Confirm whether we are Collecting, Sharing, or Selling your Consumer Health Data;
Access your Consumer Health Data;
Request that your Consumer Health Data be deleted;
Withdraw Consent from our Collection and Sharing of your Consumer Health Data; and
Obtain a list of all Third Parties and Affiliates with whom we have Shared your Consumer Health Data and an active email address or other online mechanism to contact these parties.

Nevada Consumers have the right to:

Confirm whether we are Collecting, Sharing, or Selling your Consumer Health Data;
Request that we cease Collecting and/or Sharing your Consumer HealthData;
Request that your Consumer Health Data be deleted; and
Receive a list of all Third Parties with whom we have Shared your Consumer Health Data.

If you choose to exercise any of your privacy rights, we will not discriminate against you.You may be able to appeal a decision made regarding your privacy request by submitting a request here. In the event we deny your appeal, we will provide a written explanation of the decision, and instructions on how to contact your local Attorney General for further review.
