Sharing Consumer Health Data</span></h2><p><span >We may Share Consumer Health Data with third parties where we obtain consent from the Consumer for another purpose.</span ></p><p><span >We Share Consumer Health Data among our Affiliates to carry out our operations and provide services to Consumers. These Affiliates include: Grindr Canada Inc.</span ></p><p><span >We may Share any of the above categories of Consumer Health Data to prevent, detect, protect against, and respond to security incidents, identity theft, fraud, harassment, malicious or deceptive activities, or any activity that is illegal under Washington state or federal law; preserve the integrity and security of our systems; investigate, report, or prosecute those responsible for any illegal action under Washington state or federal law; and as otherwise permitted or required by law.</span ></p><p><span >We do not Sell Consumer Health Data. In the event this changes, we will not Sell Consumer Health Data without first obtaining valid authorization from the applicable Consumer.</span ></p><h2><span>III. Consumer Health Data Rights</span></h2><p><span >Consumers have the right to submit certain requests relating to your Consumer Health Data as described below.</span ></p><p><span >The easiest way to exercise your rights while protecting your privacy and security is by logging into your account so we can verify your account ownership. This Nevada Health Data Policy covers these activities across our Grindr Properties. We Share Consumer Health Data among our Affiliates to carry out our operations and provide services to Consumers. </span></p><p><span >We do not Sell Consumer Health Data.
